To get ED pills you need a prescription. Your regular doc can do it or there's some sites that you can get an online consultation and get it that way. Lemon aid health.com , plushcare.com are a couple sites. There's a bunch of them out there, google it. Some will mail pills to you, others can send the Rx to your local pharmacy.

I have had some issues with condoms before making it so I cannot finish. One of the things I found is it happens mostly with the Bare skin ones that are tight on you. I just switched it up to a different brand and had no issues. Never used pills so can't help you there, but watch out for some of them.
