What are the standard tips rate? Been looking for them and I'm not able to find them.

Rates have always been standard whether you're on the East Coast, West Coast or Kraft in Florida.

It's been a while since I set foot in a Northern Virginia AMP, but this is the tipping guideline I use:

40 - standard HE with limited roaming (more, of course, for better roaming or more clothes removed).

60 - BJ / HJ combo with more emphasis on HJ.

80 - BBBJCIM (rare in NOVA).

$ - FS (even rarer in NOVA).

This is on top of the house fee, which is typically 60 for the half hour and 80 for the hour on this side of the Potomac. So if you're lucky enough to get FS in a Northern Virginia AMP and you tip according to the schedule cited by GripNSlip, you're looking at a total of 220-240 for an hour. This compares to 160 for an alleged hour with an Asian crapshoot provider (more like 30-45 minutes if you're lucky), or anywhere between 180 and 250 for an hour with a typical escort in this area.

The reason some providers are asking for higher tips is because far too many mongers have been willing to pay them rather than holding the line. So that makes it more difficult on mongers who are unable or unwilling to tip on the higher scale you and GripNSlip cite.

I'm not trying to start an argument, but I speak as a monger who's earning less than he did prior to the Great Recession. I'm also trying to keep prices reasonable for my fellow mongers. Not all of us living in this area are filthy rich.

The difference is the area. Supply and Demand. On the NOVA boards you'll find people happy to Self-Service or at most HJ. On the Maryland boards FS. New York is the best of the best in the world.

Someone use to paying $$ for FS in Dallas will have a easier time in Maryland / New York. NOVA is rare therefore Supply and Demand sets your expectations for something rare.

Or think of it this way if a young, hot, attractive NOVA provider can get paid for Mongers to Self-Service why WOULD she expand her menu?

A few days back I read a post about (I beieve) Mia, how great she is, and how she was opening a new place on Arlington Blvd. In Fairfax. I decided to give it / her a try. I saw this listing in Bedpage, which I assume is her:

Driving down near franconia this weekend when I happened upon a sign advertising a new spa opened up in the plaza on 6118 Franconia, this is adjacent to the MnM. I had some time to kill and figured WTH I'd give it a shot so I peaked up my head in and went up the stairs where I found a rather large room, fancier inside than the building out titled "your perfect massage and spa" so I stepped inside saw a middle aged asian lady. She asked me if I had an appointment and I told her I did not but was looking to see if I can get a massage. She just stared at me for a half a minute but that blank stare of confusion felt like an eternity. I tried to break the awkward silence by saying "do you do walk in appointments?" She just shook her head. . ok? So I just turned around. Odd experience since I feel most places are happy for the business, and it wasn't like any other customers were there. I didn't press too hard on it as I wasn't all that thrilled about the middle aged Chinese lady to begin with, so I didn't bother to try and call to set up an appointment.

Place inside is fancy and I noticed she had some paperwork you fill out with a picture of the human anatomy showing different muscles, styles of massage, ect. Everything looked like this place was legit, doubled by the fact I was turned away for not making an appt.

However alternatively, there's also the possibility she was spooked and thought I was LEO. So just tossing this post up here in case anyone is interested in trying it out. I tried to TOFFT but was denied LOL.

There is no more "standard" tip rate in noVA anymore. There are mongers who are paying double for standard noVA (HJ) and FS, on top of the house fee. So for Korean MPs, I have read on other review sites mongers spending 60/ half hour or 80/ one hour house fee + 150 to 200 for FS and 80 to 100 for a topless HJ. LMAO However, if you are really clean and good looking enough to make your therapist cream her panties when she massages you, you can potentially get more service without being hustled for big tip.

I went today for 1 hour and. 8 to house. I was greeted at the door by Mimi, who I may have met at another location in Herndon some time ago She is super skilled! Had a deep tissue massage that worked out a lot of the tense muscles and pressure I had on my body. I highly recommend checking out this place if you want to treat yourself! Overall, it's a great experience and she is very friendly and attitude and service is very good. She's not a clock watcher. You won't be disappointed. I tipped her $60. Really, really nice massage with good finish. Enjoy.

That is a medical practice. Chiropractors, physical therapist, and so on. I went there for neck and back problems. I doubt you will get far, but she is very pretty.

Anyone try Yang's Massage in Oakton right on the corner of 123 and Hunter Mill? It used to be "Massage Relax Center" and they offered extra's. Is Yang's straight or can you get a Nova finish?

I've been a couple of times and everything I've seen says it's legit only. Good massage, each time, but nothing more. I remember lots of women clients coming and going. I was getting a 90 min massage and on either side I could hear the female clients talking with their therapists pretty much nonstop. The partitions don't go all the way to the ceiling so you can literally hear anything louder than a whisper. I enjoyed the massage but won't repeat because I like more privacy and quiet, even for legit massage.
