My understanding is that they had pipes burst in the deep freeze at beginning of month and as of a couple days ago I'd heard they were still closed. So hopefully nothing more sinister than that.

I think it's still too early to tell. If they were shut down by the LEOs there would definitely be something hitting the news, which there hasn't been yet. They've gone through management changes in the past where they've been closed during the process.

That was a loophole in a law that was exploited for several years. It has since been closed and prostitution is just as illegal in RI as it is here in CT. The best we can hope for, and it is a big if, is the decriminalization of prostitution and solicitation.
