I will not argue this. The venue in which you shop does indeed dictate a range of reasonable rates. The BP / LC girls are (IMO) mid level. What you're describing is wage collusion. I believe the market will dictate what a provider can charge. I personally don't like when fees rise but I'm happy I live in a capitalist society.
