I found a link next to their Terms & Conditions that says "Fan Mail. " I clicked that and it opened a small dialog box to enter text and an email address. I filled it out and clicked Send, and absolutely nothing happened. The dialog box didn't even close. It just sat there. Tried a few times and same thing. Is this impossible or what?
