In this case, LE got a warrant to put video (no audio) cameras in the massage rooms. Looked at the police report and it doesn't say how / when they installed them.

Last I checked (and lightly at that), courtney has terrible reviews across multiple platforms. I wouldn't.

Had the pleasure of being Tiffany's first appointment in her new room today. She really did an awesome job. Wow. Super nice. It is a much much better experience. The privacy alone makes it significantly more relaxing. I walked through all the rooms and they are all very well done.
