I understand. I don't care how many say it is worth it when you do get to see her. When a provider does this it as hard on us mongers as it is a provider when someone don't show. I never set two providers at the same time but I do have a back up plan always.

Set up Monday morning for Friday night, had something come up, got on this morning to cancel wouldn't let me so had to text. Figured is plenty of time and forewarning of cancelling, but, no option to cancel. Should be on there for ease.

Also, had appointment set for 2 hours at 7PM, still had 8 and 9 and 10PM open.....
