Lots of agencies stopped accepting after either the Eros shakedown orcwheb the owner of RS2 K got pinched for tax evasion. I had originally used RS2 K w KP, even booked w them, and they still made me verify again via other means. P411 isn't accepting new people last I heard too. Perhaps some of these agencies will lighten up once it starts hitting their pocketbooks.
