Two million dollar ideas:

I'm really sorry I saw this post today. If I did see it earlier I would have warned / cautioned you. I saw this girl about a year ago when I was in VA. It has been a little while since I logged in to that website, but here is my experience. Using VPN with a non-US location I could log in no problem. Reviews outside the US were readily available. Discussion boards in the US (such as NC area) were readily available but falling into disuse. Reviews in the US were not accessible. However, I could still access the (US) reviews that I personally wrote.

I emailed the admin and last I knew they were claiming they would be back in the US when their lawyers gave them the OK. Given how conservative and risk-averse lawyers are, I'm not holding my breath.
