I just received two seperate emails. One from oneback page and the other from p411. Backpage a 10 credit for me to post something and p411 an free opportunity to renew my acct. I will add my account has been inactive for well over 3 years.

Why now on the same day do I recieve these offers. I am not responding but it has my thinking something is not right.

Krafts reputation has already taken a hit. However, when you have billions, do you really care outside of your family and friends? Additionally, the public has a very short term focus, particularly when you are donating to women's shelters and women charities. Kraft will recover.

Kraft needs to suppress the video and get a not guilty for purposes of the NFL more than anything. I know that the NFL can still penalize him but the other grumpy old owners can't feign outrage and disgust with a not guilty.

It doesn't really matter, they already got what they really wanted out of it. Most of these cases get thrown out if it goes to trial, but many will just take a plea bargain. Plus Uncle LEO already made their arrest, and got their publicity.

I hope Kraft is one of the mongers on here. He can afford to fight this to the end. Unless there is audio of a quid pro quo, how can they find him guilty? Fight it Bob. Also think about the de facto punishment here we all could suffer like public humiliation possible loss of job and marriage, etc. Which is far greater than the de jure fine. How does that square with the recent unanimous SCOTUS decision on unreasonable punishment? Maybe a lawyer monger can weigh in here?
