It's because the MCE girls fucks Markus first on Seeking Arrangements then whatever he does, he makes sure the girls are up to MCE "standards" for 50% cut. And he still does what he does currently. Sad. The other agencies in Chicago for over 10-20 years probably don't do that, because SA wasn't around before until 2006.
