I'm no legal expert and I'm not criticizing anybody's safety measures but it just seems like the time and resources to prove an illegal transaction took place would be wasted on one gentleman and one prostitute. But who knows, right? I may just be over-thinking this. The crackdown on prostitutes, AMPs, and SWans HAS been pretty prevalent on the news lately.

I would think doing a DNA text on nut juice just to prove some fucking took place wouldn't prove to be cost efficient. Arent DNA tests reserved for high-case crimes such as murders, anyways?

I have been Googling articles about the arrests at the AMP in Jupiter and reading a number of different points of view. In the Kraft case, as probably is the case with most of us on this forum, I am hoping that his attorneys fight this to a successful conclusion with an adjudication of the law enforcement community overstepping their authority. Hoping that the Judge will determine that law enforcement falsified the affidavit that resulted in the original warrant allowing the video cameras. Hoping that the means of gaining entry into the establishment by means of a false bomb claim are deemed unconstitutional. I have attached a link to an article regarding a former prostitute that is on a speaking tour and in the Boston area, guys convicted of soliciting are required to attend one of her seminars. Her take on her being a prostitute is that we was FORCED to be a prostitute due to her drug addiction, therefore she is a victim of sex trafficking. She doesn't make any allegation of anyone forcing her to be a prostitute other than her own need for drugs, but she is the victim of sex trafficking and their our guys who have already suffered thought the humiliation of being arrested for soliciting and have their names and reputations smeared that are being forced to listen to this garbage. What the fuck has become of this country? On a more positive note, Kraft was seen out in public attending Oscar related parties this past week. Great to learn the fuckers may have knocked him down, but he has gotten right back up!
