I have heard of something like this.

To test a lady for STDs, when you are about to go at it, slide one or two of your fingers in her vagina that have lemon or lime juice on them. If she screams, she has some funk, sores, or perhaps STDs. This is what we called the " Lemon Test" back in the day.

Made a visit the other day. Negative past reviews but thought I'd try anyway. Sometimes these places do change. Not this time. Wanted 80/ hour. Opted for 60/45. Provider was older and unattractive. Place was so cold started shivering right away. Massage was terrible with hints of extras. At the end declined all extras and left.
