On Sunday, I was still feeling the urge and after lunch with friends, I went hunting for a new spot. Read a review on here so I found my way to a place on Euclid and Bolsa with just a red massage sign. The 1 hour entrance fee is $40 (higher than Bamboo) and they only have curtains. The provider with WeeWee or Vivi. Couldn't really understand her but the massage was also very good. I was face down and she gave a very good and sensual butt massage using her nails and occasionally playing with junior but avoided the taint area (which is a negative in my book). On flip, she sat on my legs and gave a very good 2 fisted jack hammer HJ. Blew like a volcano. Again, I've been gone from the massage parlors scene and really miss it.

Possible scenario on how the cameras came in to place: on Nov 14, after investigator Herzog found women living there, the women moved out; this left the building unattended after hours. Perfect for their (police) admitted after hour dumpster divings.

With the sought after court order (Jan 15) I speculate they (police) were allowed to surreptitiously enter the premises and plant their devices (and if this is the case I hope the judge's son was caught up in this sting).

Actual recording began on Jan 18 so it may have required several overnight visits to complete the HIDDEN installation task; later on this is referred to as "covert surveillance video". To me that implies that neither the ladies (or gents) were aware of the cameras (as evidenced by their very public arrests).

What is a "violation of a traffic control device"? I can understand the people getting pulled over for speeding and running a red light. But what is a violation of a traffic control device?

It's a device meant for official use only and not to be used by regular citizens. Common uses are for fire trucks driving to an emergency so they can turn signals to green so they can go through.

Scary stuff, I feel sorry for the poor bastards that got caught up. Like I've said before, the police can use info gained from sites like rubmaps as an investigative tool and more. In this case the officer referenced rubmaps in the probable cause affidavit.

I wouldn't be surprised if the cameras we're already there installed by the spa. After, LE found out about the cameras they probably said we're going to use them.

It seems the former Lucky Spa on Katella and Knott (behind Del Taco) has re-opened under the name KK Spa and Massage.

Hopefully somebody will TOFTT and see what is up over there.

I thought they opened while back in Westminster area, on Edward st? Never got to visit lucky spa when they were fun. Too much foot traffic in that plaza.
