I read the police report. Was interesting that the police were pulling people over and asking them what happened and the told them. Why? Also wondering how they got 175 people. Sounds like the police planted hidden cameras as part of an investigation of human trafficing. It appears from what I am reading that the cameras were hidden in the massage rooms. Human trafficating and massage room videos aside what seems goofy to me is that a high profile guy like RK that is worth 6. 6 billion would go to an AMP. Why not spend a couple of bucks more and go to the independent providers that are routinely reviewed here. Or get yourself a sugar baby. Wonder if he went with a hh or splurged and went for an hour. At $59 for a hh house fee he would have had to pay $20 more for an hour. Go figure.

So #2 applies even if it hasn't happened yet, just asking for it or paying for it with an understanding (E. G. The way most stings worked in the past). And #1 also could apply for "conduct" even without a verbal agreement if visited twice (e. G. Apparently for new stings now, at least in places like Jupiter FL where LE might be doing semi-targeted big game hunting is my guess).

Yep, would seem so. Also buying porn that shows sexual conduct between two or more parties would seem to qualify as soliciting prostitution under that definition, were it to be enforced.

The question is where can a man of his prominence and stature go and not be noticed? With that net worth you can buy whatever you want. But at what risk of being noticed, photographed, exposed / extorted is very high. Just showing up in a ambiguous strip center to see a middle aged Asian probably carries less risk of being noticed.

The most common question I'm hearing from people on here and a group of friends last night was, why wouldn't he go to a well known provider? He has the money so why take the chance? I never ask for anything in case of recording devices. I won't get more than a HE with this strategy but it helps my paranoia. I just tip more for good service.

I had The same experience, only just has one girl. Nothing close to a tease, and the massage was painful especially when she stood on my back, it was like she was trying to push my spine through my stomach.   (2) Gives or agrees to give something of value to another person with the understanding that such person or another person will engage in sexual conduct with any person; or.

  (3) Solicits or requests another person to engage in sexual conduct with any person in return for something of value.

  2. It shall not be a defense that the person believed that the individual he or she patronized for prostitution was eighteen years of age or older.

  3. The offense of patronizing prostitution is a class B misdemeanor, unless the individual who the person patronizes is less than eighteen years of age but older than fourteen years of age, in which case patronizing prostitution is a class E felony.

  4. The offense of patronizing prostitution is a class D felony if the individual who the person patronizes is fourteen years of age or younger. Nothing in this section shall preclude the prosecution of an individual for the offenses of:

  (1) Statutory rape in the first degree pursuant to section 566.032;.

  (2) Statutory rape in the second degree pursuant to section 566.034;.

  (3) Statutory sodomy in the first degree pursuant to section 566.062; or.

  (4) Statutory sodomy in the second degree pursuant to section 566.064.
