It might be a case where management was doing the recording and when they get busted the evidence was there. I'm usually OK with LE. Tough job, necessary to keep civilization from disappearing completely, but in this case to hold a press conference and make a big deal over some old timer going to a MP twice is basically giving a hand job to the public and tax payers.

Indeed a bad day for all of us.

As far is I can tell he will only be charged with a misdemeanor. Still horrible for him. Also this was a months long investigation and only 25 johns were charged as far as I can tell.

We all need to be more vigilant. Not even sure what more we can do other than checking here.
