Keep it simple: "Someone that is easygoing and understands how adults do things. Must understand discretion and not be overly demanding due to work. Seeking friends with benefits".

The rest is all about your conversation. Most women know what it's about. Chat it up a minute, the goal is move them to texting to discuss details, and set proper expectations (You get smashing, and they get money).

I'm with you on Bay Camp. I talked to her 3 years (yes, YEARS) ago and she was cagey and then non-responsive and then needy with ridiculous requirements. Yeah I tbought that too but we never talked numbers but I assured her I would do a ppm allowance once we met. I never agree to numbers before I meet them bc more than half aren't up to my SB standards, either 10+ lbs more than the pics or messed up skin hidden by filters.
