Thanks to Basin who replied to a PM I sent him I was able to meet with Canya. I am from out of town and I have been trying to decode the areas to look at. This city sucks for street names. There are at least 4 4th streets, and many triangles. I went out driving yesterday and could not easily locate possible areas bases on the descriptions provided. How can I understand the street code?. Where in Clearwater, St. Peats etc are OK spots to look around.
