I have a place on Collins and spend several months a year there. I have never seen a SW on collins, ever. Perhaps during the 80's but not today. I'd be careful soliciting there too. Lots of undercover cops on the beat for drugs and theft. They'll have no problem arresting you for soliciting too.

The beach has never really been monger territory. I'm sure there are escorts around the area but. It's hard to tell them apart from the average tourist / local girl. The whole area is constantly packed with people walking around. There's a big LEO presence around and it's difficult to pull over on the streets and inquire. Furthermore, if you do happen to find a working girl, they're probably overpriced. Don't forget, you're hunting in a tourist trap.
