Yes I've seen her twice and this is pretty accurate to my experience with her. She puts all the extra big words in her AD, but when it comes down to it, she brushes the area and then when asked and offer tip, she politely denies. Pretty good massage but no extras at all.

Not surprised. The AMPs in the area are probably being careful after Oasis got raided and shut down.
