Don't use their online appt system, it is garbage and they don't even check it. Also the providers in the online schedule do not sync up to who is actually there. Call to make appt. Incredibly unorganized and they switched my attendant, but she was still She was super cute and fit (Aria). Light touch massage nothing special. Scheduled an hour they said they only had time for hh. Shirt not bra came off on flip, nothing but teasing, no touching. Very nice view however. The place was a bit of a mess, there is no sauna, felt very haphazard. No door only a curtain, and the waiting area is right outside the room. Did not enjoy sitting there waiting for her to finish up with the previous patron. New to the hobby, but not new to standard massages. Been checking out a few of the places around here, on a binge of sorts looking for a reliable place to land. Kozy is not it. My experience was lackluster to say the least. They use curtains and the walls are not floor to ceiling.
