Why does vice give them a pass?

It's not that vice doesn't go after them (I think they do). It's that, in terms of risk to customers, established, high-end escorts are less likely to be cops. They usually have histories: you can see their pictures, social media accounts, old reviews, etc. That's a ton of backstory to put into a one day bust. I don't think the cops are doing that.

Anything is possible, but the risk to customers is less with them.
