A question for you brave gentlemen. Aren't you guys concerned of STD's, especially those you can't rid of, like HIV, ETC. I would love to give this a try but scared to death of that. How are you sure they are clean?

My understanding of the way PREP works is that it's effective in preventing transmission whether or not you're HIV+. So not only is meant to be taken by those who are positive, but also to be taken as a preventative measure for those who aren't, and that it would be most effective in a situation where both partners are taking it correctly (not missing doses, etc.).

So it's possible that if a provider is taking PREP, she's merely doing so as a safety precaution.

PREP is only for individuals without HIV, as the regular treatment for HIV is already nearly fully effective at preventing the spread of HIV (at least via sex).

If the numbers as right it is actually more than 1%. Pretty high odds!

They are way higher if you consider that you are dealing with a high risk group.

Thanks for the info. I'm not concerned or criticizing another mans choice for BBFS. I'm just asking how it's done with piece of mind. How you're comfortable enough with the provider, if there is something special you know that makes you feel safe. Believe me, I have the sexual addiction also, or I wouldn't be here. I can't tell you how many times I've been offered BBFS, and I stick it in for a minute then get scared and put in the cover. I hear some providers and clients are getting something called Prep. I think it's a new drug to help prevent HIV and the othe H virus that I can't think of now. So not criticizing, just looking for info.

I remember many, many years ago getting scared shitless just because cover broke mid session. Then I've realized not every provider has stds. In fact very few of them have and pretty much same rule applies for civilian girls. While there are no absolute guarantees in this business (unless everyone gets regularly tested, etc.) there are few things you can do to help yourself. Here are my basic guidelines:

1. Avoid BB anal. Risk of transmission is simply much greater and I'm restrictive with this activity even with civilians.

2. Avoid SW and providers suspectible of using drugs. Aside from the more obvious concerns I find those providers often lacking basic hygiene and that's a problem of it's own.

3. Avoid providers openly advertising BBFS. Those providers would be simply less selective (if selective at all) and their exposure is simply greater. Admittedly 98 Mott is an exception for me in those terms and I would still bareback Gina Rollins if I ever had a chance in the future. Otherwise it's just something ti keep in mind.

4. If it looks and / or smells funky there it is probably not kosher. This one is self explanatory.

5. Take care of yourself. Clean your tool with alcohol after session (hand sanitizer works as well) and get hepatitis vaccination if you did not thus far. Hepatitis is actually more common than you may think.

Its rare but members do report if they unfortunately contact something from a providers but some time its just bacteria from unclean providers and others will just say stories about when they did contact something and give members advice. Its a shameful thing to contact something and its not easy to always report back if member criticize you

Most of us wear our rain coats so we mainly discuss service but since this section is mixed the BBFS members should be more informative but for the most part everyone that BBFS at Mott has not said anything bad so up until now everything seems ok.

We all take risk in the hobby why worry about the next man doing BBFS when you should be greatful he taking the risk to report back us on the forum.( thats how i see it)

I rmember being a naive kid who started out never expecting BBFS because it always seemed like a forbidden thing that was impossible to have. Then years later I find this forum and I've been almost exclusively been doing BBFS with providers. Sucks and rides him with a condom. Then finishes him with a hand and no condom. What are the std risk levels here? Is it safe for her to wash you down in rubbing alcohol too?

Risk is low. Not zero of course, but very close. Absent symptoms, personally I would not worry. If you have hypochondriac tendencies and can't get the worry out of your mind, Chlamydia and Gonorrhea tests can be done after 1 week or more. The rest (4th gen HIV test, syphilis, Hepatitis. Herpes) can be done after 42 days. At that point your odds are probably 1 in millions against. You could test again at 6 months if you need to get rid of that 1 in millions chance.
