Guys this is possible. It can be done on a laptop mostly but I've been around my nerdy friends from high school and well I'm pretty smart too. But you have things on your laptop called blue stacks which allows you to down load anything you would have on your phone you start with that and then there's other things you set up to get it. For someone who gets IP addresses could be cops. Be careful.

She has absolutely nothing with an IP address. It is the location of the device being used and what network provider they are utilizing. It tells you nothing about the user of device.

The most information that the average curious person can find out about you with only your IP address (and nothing else) is what region, city and town you are in when you're on the Internet. They won't know anything about you (such as your name, etc.) or the computer you're using.
