If Paypal or Venmo figures or suspects you are doing illegal services or paying for pictures / videos they will ban you for life and lock your account so you can't remove any information or linked debit / credit / checking accounts. The only pictures / videos that you can use Paypal/Venmo for are "published" in a magazine or website and downloadable. IF you have any money in their possession that hasn't been returned to those accounts they will hold it for 6 months and then determine if you caused them any damages. If they think you did, they will seize those funds. Apparently they tend to keep all of the money, from research I have done.

Personally I would never consider anything other than cash. When I see they take Credit or other forms that is an immediate pass for me.
