I personally think she saw the review and reacted, either to get me to change it, or seeing that I was serious about making her my go to girl since I posted it here as well as talked to her about it, and thought it'd be a convenient income stream. Either way, I think it has something to do only with finding the review on here, not to "ensure customer satisfaction".
