Great points and I understand the embarrassment. My significant other and I have the same doctor, so I don't even want him to know if I want to be tested. I was wondering if I'd contracted something and the only way to clear my mind was a test. STDcheck.com is a service tailor-made for anonymity. It costs a bit but I found it worth it. For $200, they perform the test in the same lab as my doc, they don't require any I'd and don't even know the reason for the test. You can get the results by text, email, or phone. I used the name of my favorite author to get checked (had to keep reminding myself to answer to that) and created a free email account just for the results.

If I'd come up positive, for a another $95, a doctor would call me and provide a prescription to whatever pharmacy I wanted. Pharmacies also don't check I'd for antibiotics.

It's a little pricier than some other options but I found the anonymity worth it.

Lately I've noticed ads popping up advertising cocktails for treatment of STDs for people who are too worried or embarrassed to go to the doctor.

Not trying to knock anyone's hussle and I don't want to give away too much person info but it's dangerous as hell to buy antibiotics from someone who isn't a medical professional.

I won't go into the details but there's a reason the STIs that used to be treated with penicillin are now developing resistance to the latest antibiotics. Antibiotics are over prescribed and patient compliance is atrocious.

Say you get a ten day course of antibiotics and feel better by day five. Alot of people stop taking the medication and stash it for later in case "they get sick again".

You're not cured on day five even if you're asymptomatic. What happens is the antibiotics have killed ninety percent of the bacteria, and ten percent that aren't as susceptible are let. You take the antibiotics for the last five days to prevent anything else from growing, and your immune system takes care of the rest. The antibiotics might not be enough to kill the last ten percent, but they suppress their growth long enough for your body to do the job.

For the ex grunts here, think of what suppressive fire does. TThe pills keep the bacteria down while your body flanks and finishes the job.

But when you stop taking the pills, the last ten percent can grow and outpace your immune system. So you may be asymptomatic on day five but two weeks later you have symptoms again. Now if you get the same antibiotics they won't do shit because you selected for the resistant bacteria and basically gave the fuckers a huge helping hand evolution wise.

If you have an STI, it sucks. It fucking sucks, and it's embarrassing. Been there, twice now. You have a couple of great options.

1: Go to the clinic by Hopkins. They have hours four or five days a week, it's free, the treatment is free, the doctor's don't judge because literally everyone they see is there for the same shit.

2: If the hours there don't sink up with your job, go to Patient First or Express Care. I had to do that before. 20 dollar copay, ten for the injection of rocephin and ten for the pills they gave me. 40 bucks total, had the labwork done while I waited, worked like a charm.

3: Go to the ER for minor care, if you have no insurance you don't pay while you're there, you just get a bill later that you can pay as you get money.

Accept the minor embarrassment as the cost of this house by. You don't have to say you banged a hooker, just say you got drunk had a one night stand.

Does your name get reported to the health department? Yes, but no one has access to that info, it's protected by HIPA and used for statistics only.

Sorry for the rant, but this is something I'm very passionate about. If you fuck up antibiotics you're hurting yourself and potentially giving the resistant strain you helped grow to other providers and worst case scenario you're wife / girlfriend or other mongers that come behind you.

OMG, I absolutely can not believe the guys and gals who still believe the debunked myth, perhaps you have heard it. "Are you a cop? "Are you a police officer or affiliated in any way with law enforcement?" AND a REAL cop is supposed to HAVE to answer back yes. If he is, or its "entrapment", or sometimes the myth is you have to ask them 3 times. Honestly, I heard that from my friends back in high school in the 80's, when buying pot, supposedly, a weed dealer had to tell you if they were a cop if you asked. Now its an "escort" or "John" who HAS TO TELL YOU if you ask them if they are a cop.

LET ME TELL YOU GUYS SOMETHING: Its bullshit, its a lie, it is a myth that has survived for years, even in the age of the INTERNET. Ever heard of this thing called undercover work? Cops can and will legally lie to you, "are you a cop" "hell no, are you? Is what the cop will say, but will NEVER, EVER tell you the truth, (hey legal guys, jump in here anytime and confirm this.) How do I know? My favorite uncle was a cop for 20 years!! Think he hasn't laughed at this? They LOVE it, they USE it ALL THE TIME, they pose as johns or hookers and say, hey girl / guy, you are not a cop, right? You have to tell me if you are, that puts the person on the defensive, and lets their guard down, because why is this person all worried if they are a cop.

Yet, I hear all of the time from girls, about guys, and from the girls themselves that they believe that 100%, and some, even when presented with the truth refuse to believe it. If I call a girl or email her, and the first words are "are you a cop or associated with law enforcement, " I take that as a sign that they do NOT screen their clients and I will ask them if they are available on a day I know they are not, and say, oh sorry, that was my only day. And then blacklist them in my personal list just for me, because she is dangerous. If that is the only way she screens. She WILL be arrested eventually. Same with you guys, if that is the only way you screen the girls, YOU are playing with fire, and will be wondering why you have handcuffs on when you specifically asked her if she was a cop, and she said no. Well, she lied to you!! Legally!! She probably asked you if YOU were a cop, because typically only cops use this now, according to my uncle.

Smart people know that it is a myth, if you EVER hear a girl ask you if you are a cop, RUN the other way. She is either A. Dumb as a rock, B. A cop herself, C. A girl who does 0 screening of her clients.

I beg you guys do not keep this going. Do yourself a favor, ask some lawyer friend, Google it, do some research, do not take my word for it. This myth needs to die. On the other hand, anyone who does ask you, you will know which ones to avoid.

Been scouting out ukp for an upcoming trip and seeing that for the most part, for $100 a HH I can get a woman miles better looking than anything here with no drugs or pimps to worry about, and GFE / pse all included, with many cim / anal or whatever included as well. If it turns out to be true I just might retire from posting $300-400 hr for equally attractive women here with a much more limited menu.

It is true. Just go and enjoy. The Soho Walkups are a much more random experience but you can find some real gems and there is no appointment to make, there are 10 to choose from within a 15 minute walk, and there is no record of you having called an adultwork number. Plus if your work day gets hectic, you don't risk missing an appointment. I have tried both AW and Walkups and while AW is a higher quality on average, it isn't guaranteed better an it requires more logistics.

If anyone is looking for a place to have fun outside of the country, there is a place called Campo Allegro which has over 100 young ladies walking around and only costs $10 to enter. Then you can have a nice one for only $30-50 HH.

It's very close to Aruba but it's in Curacao. *Food, drink and gals! I visited in September of 2017 and had a great time - almost every night of a 5 day stay. I plan to visit soon and stay at the airport hotel which is only 5 minutes away. For only $200 you can probably rent a hottie all day.

Maybe I'm too friendly and share info with too many people, but I need to vent about some of the shit guys pull (names withheld because I'm too nice a guy):

Share a pic or video to let the guy see the girl in action, then you turn around and tell the girl I shared or even show it to her.

Tell the girl all the info I shared about them, including advice on pricing and negotiation.

Tell the girl all the menu items I received even though I said YMMV or she didn't do that the first time, only after I established myself with her did she open her menu.

Tell the girl to stop seeing me because I see a new girl every day. Haha a good one, too bad it was a girl I've known a while and who knows my schedule and wallet couldn't sustain that kind of action.

I'd really love to keep all these girls to myself sometimes, but I can't afford that and don't have the time. So when I do share some of these quality choices, I'd really appreciate not getting stabbed in the back, having all my advice / secrets given away and such.
