My own risk assessment goes like this, in order of riskiest to least risky:

They essentially ignore HE only places because they treat it as a civil code violation for the massage therapist. They bust escorts and especially try to go hard after places where they can make a credible claim of trafficking.

Important to note that all of these activities carry risk of arrest. So you've got to decide what you're willing to do.

I think this ranking is probably true. Only exception is that going to very high end escorts / porn stars that have webpages and instagram accounts is at least as safe as the independent massage therapist, maybe the safest of all. Vice rarely goes after them except maybe for a freebie.
