The details are he responded to an ad, got there and it was a sting, they gave him a citation and now he had legal problems. A lawyer can help him. But he'll likely have to appear in court at some point.

If you want advice on how to avoid this. Read the entire forum and only see reviewed girls. I would recommend finding a lawyer in advance of playing the hobby. Even just to have their number for when (not if) you run into LEO.

Run, do not walk to the best defense atty you can afford. All you have right now is a citation. You can have whole thing fixed before booking. It will be expensive and nerve wracking but youll get through it. Sorry, my man. Stings are pointless but a huge pain the ass.

Hire a lawyer. Assuming it's your first time, it can be fixed (expunged). Will cost you a few thousand dollars, depending on your lawyer, but worth it if you don't want this attached to you for life.

The "girl" was an undercover herself. Looked exactly like the pics she sent (non nude should have been my first red flag). She definitely didn't have the general appearance of a cop with the shaved sides of her hair and such. I definitely was too explicit in text. I had her open the door of the apartment and come out before I went in. Everything seemed kosher. She asked what I wanted and I said anything. That's when her vice crew busted out from every door. I never presented the money but had the exact amount in my pocket when they searched me.

Of course being the dirtbag that I am, I have a wife and kids. There will be no forgiveness when she finds out. I'm royally screwed. Attorney says best case it could be dropped to Attempted Patronizing instead of full fledged Patronizing but regardless the charge will stick on my permanent record.
