Wow he called you? WTF? What if your wife was with you or something? Although I was seldom ever shorted time most of the girls the past 18 mos. What a stupid little man he is! Tammy was the only one that never shorted me on time there. So, being shorted 10 minutes is the norm, he owes me $10 bucks for those. The other 30% is the 30 minute shortage. You sit and wait for 10 minutes, they massage you for 30 minutes then boot you out. $30 for those visits. He owes me a minimum of $360 per year. That does not include the 300 pound beasts that I failed to run away from and instead I let them touch me. He should pay for the therapy it took to recover from that.

It's not the customer's responsibility if the girl goes over time without asking if you are willing to ok the extra cost. Using this Kiet Logic would mean he owes thousands to all of us that have been time shorted at his places.
