It's been over TWO years since I've taken any vitamin V or C. It's great to have an open mind and try different products ONCE. The above report is from 08/05/16. So I tried V once and tried C once and both were great, BUT I found a better; more natural way to supplement though over the counter vitamins and herbs that you can get at your local Vitamin Shoppe. IMHO the vitamins and herbs that I get from Vitamin Shoppe are better than the synthetic Rx drugs but TEHO.

Guessing bc of my ADHDA only tried once and the exp. Was not cool. I do the organic way, as much as possible, which makes my kino all hone.
