So what wording have you guys had the most success with when contacting a provider for the first time?

I always make sure to address them by name in my introduction, I've always gotten a response myself. Though sometimes it's taken a second attempt. If 15-30 minutes has passed I assume they were tied up at the moment and are doing me a favor by not sending responses 4-6 hours later, and I just try again at some point. With Rikki I would let her know it was cool to respond anytime with the next 3 hours, she said she appreciated it because she wanted to be mindful not to respond at a bad time for me, so something like that could help. Time of day may play a factor as well in terms of sleep schedules and overall availability, so I'm sure that accounts for some of it. Maybe try switching up your timing on attempts. But all in all I think having a positive attitude and addressing them by name works best for me.
