First, I've not visited this ad so I have no first-hand knowledge. The procedure you describe sounds pretty normal, though.

Although there is always some risk of a set-up (and that could mean several things) on any first visit. Think about it. The person posting the ads is spending cash and time to do so. If you make contact and then the person ghosts on you, then it's irritating but you move on. Or the deal is set, you arrive, have a session, and everything is cool. Or it's a set-up.

Usually these ads take you to a reasonable hotel / motel, not a low-end dive. This, I suggest, has less of a chance of a set-up, in the sense of a pimp suddenly knocking on the door, posing as an enraged boyfriend. And minimal chance of the lady doing a dash with the cash. Also, shop around. Some ads appear regularly (and may have been reviewed here). If possible choose one of those "safe" ads.

Of course, there will likely be more than one room occupant. Is that OK with you? Bring a condom. Don't part with the cash until the end of the session.

Cop set-up: Let her take the lead. If she doesn't do so pretty quickly--leave a small tip and walk.

Also, a different kind of set-up. You book an hour and pay the cash.
