So went out to see her again yesterday evening. But it looks like there's some drama still lingering around her. I was about to pull up to her place when I see her and her friend hop into their car while an older drunk lady followed them screaming some crazy stuff to them. Speaking of being safe, I forgot to mention, others have said something about a jealous ex stalking her place. When I first saw her she said the guy is now locked up and doing a few years (I didn't inquire, she just volunteered the info), so that should go a long way to alleviating any concerns that might be floating around out there.
