After I got banned, I sent a message to SA customer support asking for evidence that I violated TOS. No response. I then sent a message that they could either a) reinstate my account, or b) I would do a chargeback on my CC. After a day or so I got a message saying they'd give me a refund for the time remaining on my (banned) account, which they did. I guess they figured taking a bit of my money was better than losing it all in a chargeback.
