Just as a quick addendum to this:

She's adamant that it's only one person posting negative reviews of her, I assume she's talking about Indigo based on her story and context given on this forum. This is clearly false. If you want to take the risk, when there are dozens of other providers around, more power to you. I hope it goes well. But you have been warned.
