Unfortunately nothing is 100%. As you even said if it says PSE and you don't get BBFS then you've been scammed. I can't tell you how many times I've even seen in a review a listing of PSE and then in the body of the review they talk about covering up. I know the booker so I was not speculating. I agreed with you two and so I said not 100% for some. For me if it's in the ad and I know the booker then it's 100%.
