I'll explain how the forum works since some of you guys seem to be misinformed and since it says Admin under my name mine are the two cents that matter.

Anybody, with any number of posts is allowed to post a question. They are free to do so, there is NO posting requirement to satisfy before a member, without fear of reprisal, is allowed to ask a question. End of. They may post a question with their very first post, it's NOT a violation of the TOS to do so. Just as they are free to ask, everybody is equally free to ignore them.

What IS a violation of the TOS is put up posts harassing other members regardless of the time they have been on the forum. These are the forum rules, not the rules a few of you guys have decided are in effect.

No Flaming: Please do not post any messages that harass, insult, belittle, threaten or flame another member.

No Trolling: Please do not post any topic that disrupts the peace and harmony of this board. Don't create meaningless threads with the sole purpose of starting a dispute.

I get tired of chasing this shit down. In this case a guy asks a question and several guys punch him in the nose (metaphorically speaking) and then when he punches back those guys who started the fight report his post and expect me to censure only him?

So, let me be clear again, he can ask, you can ignore. You can even put him on your ignore list and never see another one of his posts. What you can't do is start this kind of stupidity and it never fails to surprise me when the person kicking it off is somebody who only posts every once in while.

Yeah, he's being a dick but you guys treated him like shit so nobody has clean skirts.

I would suggest letting this end right here.
