Lansford is a very small town nestled in the mountains in the middle of nowhere, very close to Jim Thorpe and about an hour and a half north of Allentown.

When you set the appointment she directs you to the location of a laundromat. She lives nearby in a row house. A real dump. Says she is in the process of fixing it up. We went to a back room. It had a mattress with an old sheet over it. It reminded me of the places you find for $10 to $20 along SW strolls in major cities like Kensington Ave in Philly. Says she is a nurse trying to make some extra money and doesn't do this very much. Who knows? It is my experience that all these providers lie about 90% of the time.
