Something's changed with here and the service level HAS dropped.

She wasted my time about 2 months ago. I'd probably seen her a couple dozen times over the past 2 years. She started getting more unreliable and would push back our time at the very last minute. This is very unlike her. I can only say that she has been on time every time I have met up with her. She has even been very accommodating every time I have messaged her at the oddest times.
