The 'steroid vendor' will put a premium on the cost per pill. Plus I'm not too keen on handing out my name and mailing address to someone who is obviously on the other side of legalities.

Indian pharmacies are the way to go. Super cheap. The only issue is having to sign for the delivery or pick up at post office.
