The customer service agents don't know what they are talking about. I asked for a refund and they say if you read our terms there is no refunds. Then she says especially for someone that is kicked out. Then she says At this time the best we can do is give you a partial refund of 41.86. It will be on your card in 5-10 days. I was like thanks and that was all I was asking for. I don't understand. They tell you one thing then they do another. I basically told them I think there website is a scam and they are banning people and taking all there money. She then told me they have a fraud team that looks at all of the complaints. She then told me that they would not ban me without any evidence. She said that in the complaint they received text messages, and they were threatening in nature. I asked her how do you know that was my number? How do you know someone else did't send it and spoof my number or made it look like me? I told her I have had some bad experiences on the site with one girl and all she said is I should file a police report. Then she said "you are banned and that's final". She then stated after the refund to "let it be known that if you do make another account when you are banned you will not be granted a refund as that breaks the terms of use agreement. ".

I disputed my credit card charge as fraud and then won the case since they won't fight back seeing its a sex site. They call me weekly trying to collect there debt for me disputing charges on my card and I tell the guy everytime he calls that the site is a scam and they ban people for no reason at all. I have gotten banned for talking to underage girls when you need to be 18 to join and for asking woman for sex when I wasnt even a premium member and couldn't message anyone and when you complain to customer service they could care less. Fuck them.

Yeah, they are certainly fucked up. Once they decide they do not like you, for whatever reason, you are gone. And no reason provided. As an example, I created an additional account with VPN from a separate country and they deleted it before the profile was approved. No explanation. This was the response I received from support:

I'm sorry for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, we have permanently removed your account and we are unable to reinstate it. We are also unable to reply to you again or disclose further details. Please read our FAQs for further information.

You have been permanently banned from SeekingArrangement and are not allowed to access the website again. Future attempts to access the site will be considered a violation of our Terms of Use.

So it looks like SA is kicking people out for no good reason. I got banned the other day for someone saying that I was using the site for services. Which was not true, but the girl that I talked to gave me a price per hour. I was not interested so I passed and blocked her. I was talking to her through text and low and behold an hour later I was banned. For using the site for escort services. I told them that was not a case they wanted that in writing did I sent them an email. They opened my account. My account was opened again. Used it once last night on my computer with a VPN. Oddly enough about an hour later I go check my messages and now I have been permanently banned because of threats. They emailed me this morning after I sent in a ticket and they said the same thing but the funny thing is I talked to one person and I said hi how are you. I asked for proof they told me that threats are illegal in some areas. They will not give me proof. I think the website is a scam. Anyone else have this problem. I ask for proof they tell me that if I have anything I need to contact law enforcement. I'm like no I want to see what your talking about and they will not tell me. Anyone else have this issue?

I see this happening all over the country and not just one or two cities. I suspect SB forums suggest using "Banning" as a retaliation against guys for any reason a girl feels like it. There's absolutely no cost for a girl to do so. She doesn't have to prove anything and can do it as often as she'd like. Not sure what the breaking point will be but keep in mind the money comes from the SD side of the business.

Shit. I just had someone in the FC this morning. Someone I did not recognize until we get down to business and we kept saying we knew each other since our coffee meet of weeks ago, it turns out I saw her 12 years ago when she was Nikki Star on the Boston board once I got to see her naked with stars on her belly, still the same nice body but with a lot more tattoos than just star and everything was played in a safe manner for 300.
