It looks suspiciously like an Asian crapshoot ad, similar to many in the DC area. The ads use pictures of young models and frequently promise services which aren't typically available once you arrive. My experience with them is that if you're lucky, you might get a reasonably attractive MILF. If you're not, you might get Granny. I also noticed that issue with EB when you post a review and if it against the provider. Its seems once the provider notice the bad review she / or her handler will create multiple accounts and report the negative post to EB. And EB may consider those reportings from provider / her handler as correct and remove your legit account.
