Sucks man. With PayPal / Cashapp when the transaction goes through, it goes through. You get a confirmation. These guys are in the biz of transferring money, they don't err. If you were using it on your phone, it should have showed you a confirmation after you sent the money, which you can screenshot and send as proof that it did in fact go through to them. Also, if you ever in the future use like PayPal again, you should consider making your account a business account (doesn't cost shit, doesn't affect paying / receiving). Why? Because you can set whatever name you want and it'll use that instead of your real name, which PayPal normally makes you use. So sending money will show up as like "$400 received from Big Dickasaurus". And make sure you add an email address that's a throw away, like a free yahoo or whatever account, and switch to that for the primary email before you send anything.

I suppose you've learned your lesson, but never ever pay for services in advance like that. Some of these girls just cannot resist the easy money.
