Just watch some youtube videos about why you should never talk to the cops. I saw one where a kid was thought to have busted into someone's house. The cops had nothing to keep him and were about to let him go. Then the cop came in and told him, I just did you a huge favor, I talked the the owner of the house into not pressing charges you just say you're sorry for busting into their house.
