I've used the booker for a long time, and I've noticed a steep decline in overall etiquette.

It honestly could be a new booker, and the girls just aren't vibing with her.

I personally have not seen her but the reputation of KTE and the girls they employ are great. Coupled with the fact that she did not last long with M indicates that she wasn't cutting it.
