Randomly parked at Saigon and walked in one day last week around 4 PM, knowing it would be a crapshoot. Stopped by before the holidays at around 7:00 PM and the place wasn't open despite hours posted. Went back a couple of days ago had about a 15 minute wait, there was only one girl working, normally there are two. Same provider I have had at least 3 x's before and she recognizes me. Opted for half hour, put my money including tip on the table seeing as I know what I can expect, luckily I mis-counted I discovered later. It really seems all over the place, I for one have a guideline, that doesn't mean I won't violate my own policy if the girl is hot or maybe if I am, but this is the guide that keeps me going back.

Massage Prices seem to be 60-70-80, $80 is high and I will tend to tip less or pass for $80 hr.

Great massage $10.

Great Massage, self serve no touching: Normally pass unless she super hot then I'm convince her to help. $20.

Massage HE only over clothes roaming $30/ $40 if its a $60 massage and she lets me under a little.

Massage HE / Roaming under hands in bra etc $40.

Massage HE / full access under top / hand on ass rubbing kitty thru pants $50.

Massage HE / bra comes off up / up full access $50-60.

Massage HE Topless maybe $70 if hot and flirty or if other extras.

Massage FS $100-$140, never more than $2 total, if not attractive I pass.

Those are max if they negotiate No mention of tip normally 40 unless more than HE than 50 unless they go above and beyond.
