Rule of thumb: No need to tip in addition to prices quoted for services. The provider quoted prices for said services, so why pay more? The only caveat is possibly tipping for an upgrade.

She'll have you meet her off site first, make sure you two safe good with each other and then you'll follow her to the location nearby. . After that it's easy, you can book direct. YMMV. They do parties too.
