A couple of WZ dancers have mentioned OTC, but it was said in the context of going for a (no-longer) private dance with no extras as a first step, but I've heard that line before so could have been (probably) just a con. And as reported, the 'private' LD area of WZ has been re-arranged so there is still an area for LDs in the nude room, but all the booths are in a row against the wall in a row and are completely open to the room so not much is happening there.

Also fantasies removed one of the two swinging saloon style doors in each of the champagne rooms, and a dancer said the house mom (or whoever is taking tickets) actually walks around to check nothing is going on when a dance is going on. So hard to imagine anything happening there either. One dancer said another dancer got fired a couple of weeks ago for giving extras.

Haven't been to Caddy or Desire since the shit hit the fan, but the last time there was a crackdown Caddy nailed the curtains of the champagne rooms / booths open.
