From my experience Stefany's offerings truly are YMMV. Via text I requested BBFS (hh) for 190. In general, (CDPs like the dollhouse seem to be SOMEWHAT of an exception), it seems like any provider offering their services for below 400/ hr, especially if they claim to offer BBFS / CIP and other extras is one of the following:

- An online scammer.

- A "rinser".

- Lying and planning on a bait / switch tactic like.

Stefany did according to the previous post.

- Not the girl in the photos.

- Really old AND unattractive. There are older providers and ex adult stars who are still good looking and will offer good multi hour rates if they like you, but it STILL won't come out to less than 3-400/ hr.

-A set up for a robbery. Thankfully I haven't run into this.

This "rumor" has been floating around for a while now. I say "rumor" because as far as I or anyone I know can tell, it's not owned or operated by LEO. But they do post ads there just like they do on ALL the boards. And they do monitor it, just like they do ALL the boards. As a friend of mine who used to work for one of those 3-initial agencies said: LEO wouldn't own any of the sites. It's too much money, time and effort to keep it running, and too easy for word to spread that they own the site defeating the purpose of owning the site. But, when the mood strikes (such as during election time, or when budgets are up for renewal) they do post ads and call girls who post ads so they can make as many busts as they can.

Re: BBFS risks this hobby is very common in Europe and I've had many discussions there afterwards when I ask the girls to show me their medications.
